At The Period Co., we want you to feel confident and comfortable in our period-proof fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
